Configure Forms and Letters for Case Type

Welcome! In this video, you will learn how administrators can configure the required Forms and Letters for each Case Type and Subtype.

2. Introduction
ImmiBox allows administrators to set up the required Forms and Letters for each Case Type and Subtype.These configurations ensure that during case processing, the appropriate documents and questionnaires are automatically available, and workflows are applied correctly.Only administrators have access to configure these settings.

3. Access Case Configuration
From the Dashboard, navigate to the left panel and click Administrator, then select Settings.From the submenu, choose Case Configuration.Once the page loads, select the Case Type and Subtype. The Forms & Letters section becomes visible based on the selected case type and subtype.

4. Forms and Letters in ImmiBox
In the Forms & Letters section, users can view all available Forms and Letters related to the selected Case type & Subtype.ImmiBox provides case-related Forms and Letters in a structured order aligned with USCIS requirements. If needed, user can edit or add new templates based on their requirements.

5. Edit Forms and Letters
To add Forms and Letters to a specific Case type and Subtype, select the required documents from the list and tick the checkbox.Once selected, click Update to save the configuration.

6. Update Forms and Letters
After clicking Update, a dialog box will appear if the configuration is already associated with existing cases.Select one of the options:Update Existing u2013 applies the selected Forms and Letters to both existing and future cases.Create New u2013 applies the changes only to new cases created going forward.For any queries, contact ImmiBox Helpdesk.

7. Download Option
ImmiBox allows user to Download any Form or Letter directly from the system.Using the Download option available next to each document, user can easily access and download the required Form or Letter for reference or offline use whenever needed.

8. Change Questionnaire
On the page, you can see the Change Questionnaire option at the top.This option is used to update the Questionnaire for the selected Case Type and Subtype.Click Change Questionnaire, then select the required Questionnaire from the list. You can use the Preview option to review the questions.Once selected, click Change. A dialog box will appear if the configuration is already linked to existing cases.Choose Update Existing to apply changes to current and future cases, or Create New to apply changes only to new cases.For any queries, contact ImmiBox Helpdesk.

9. Change Workflow
On the same page, you can see the Change Workflow option.This option is used to update the workflow for the selected Case Type and Subtype.Click Change Workflow to view all available workflows.You can use the Preview option to review the selected workflow steps.Once selected, click Change to apply the updated workflow to the selected Case Type and Subtype.
