Manage forms and letters

Overview

Every case will have an option to generate required Forms and Letters that are needed to process the case and prepare for filing with USCIS. These Forms and Letters will be generated by ImmiBox by collating information from the submitted Questionnaire and uploaded Documents by Beneficiaries and Petitioners.

ImmiBox will have provision to generate any and all forms required to process a particular case depending on the type of the case and the same is configurable as an Admin of the Law Firm.

Please note that the requirement of Forms is not mandatory if the case is being E-Filed directly on the USCIS website. However, Letters of certain categories may be necessary even if the case is being E-Filed.

Additionally, Users can upload any supplementary Forms or Letters pertinent to the case.

Generate Forms and Letters

Forms and letters can be created by clicking the Generate button located in the Forms and Letters tab from the left navigation of ‘Case Details’. By default, all necessary forms and letters for the case will be pre-selected. Users have the option to deselect some of them before generating the Forms and letters.

Assigning the right Attorney to the case is essential to generating Forms and Letters. User must make sure to do it prior to performing this action.

Selecting suitable shipment service provider

While generating Forms and Letters, users will have an option to select service provider that will be used to send the forms and letters to the respective service center.

Managing Service Centers

For more convenience for Law Firm users, ImmiBox maintains the latest information of all Service Centers USCIS operates from. Depending on the Case Type and other parameters, ImmiBox will display all relevant Service Centers to pick from the dropdown. On selected, the corresponding address/details shall be used in the Cover Letter.

If the user prefers, the same shall also be excluded by selecting the check box ‘Exclude’.

The Forms and Letters produced will be available in the same section of Case Details.

Edit Forms and Letters

The Forms and Letters generated will contain information based on the responses provided in the questionnaire. Users will have the ability to Review and Modify these details as needed.

On editing the details, ImmiBox will save the changes as a new version of the files to avoid missing any information/documents that was originally generated by ImmiBox.

Review Previous Versions of Forms and Letters

he previous version of all Forms and Letters shall be displayed under ‘Previous Versions’ tab at the bottom of the same window. They can be viewed or even restored as latest version of Forms and Letters. This process will help the users to retain all their version of Forms and Letters and entire history of changes they made through the entire cycle.‘

Upload or download Forms and letters

Users have the option to upload supplementary Forms and Letters by utilizing the upload button, where they can designate the file as either a Form or a Letter within the same tab.

Additionally, a revision Form or Letter can be uploaded by selecting the ellipsis button "(⋮)".

The forms and letters that have been generated can be downloaded collectively by utilizing the "Download All" button. Alternatively, you have the option to download specific Forms and Letters by clicking the download button and selecting only the required items.
