Configure required Forms and Letters for each Case Type and Sub Type

Overview

ImmiBox allows Law Firm to configure the required Forms and Letters for each Case separately. The same will be available while generating Forms and Letters during the case process.

Similarly, the Law Firm can customize each Questionnaire, Workflow for each Case Type, and setup customer templates for Letters.

Note that these configurations shall only be available to the Administrator of a Law Firm.

Configuration of Forms and Letters

The available Forms and Letters will be shown on the Case Configuration section for every Case Type and its respective Subtype. Administrator can select the necessary Forms and Letters for the specific Case Subtype and then click the "Update" button to proceed with the configuration.

Administrator also has an option to download the forms and letters if required.

A dialog box will emerge, if the Case Configuration is already associated with any Case(s). Select one of the available options: "Update Existing" or "Create New."

If "Update Existing" is selected, the selected Forms and Letters will be updated in both the existing Cases and any new Cases created henceforth.

If "Create New" is selected, the selected Forms and Letters will only be applied for the new cases created henceforth.

Change Questionnaire

The Questionnaire can be modified for a specific Case Type and its corresponding Subtypes under the Case Configuration.

By clicking "Change Questionnaire", all available Questionnaires for the Law Firm will be displayed, allowing the Administrator to select necessary Questionnaire for the Case and its respective Subtype.

A preview of the Questionnaire is available to review all the questions contained within that questionnaire.

A dialog box will emerge if the Case Configuration is already associated with any Case(s). Select one of the available options: "Update Existing" or "Create New".

If "Update Existing" is selected, the selected Questionnaire will be changed in both the Existing cases and any new Cases that are created henceforth.

If "Create New" is selected, the selected Questionnaire will only be changed for the new cases generated henceforth.

Change Workflow

The Workflow may be changed for a specific Case Type and its corresponding Subtype through the Case Configuration.

By clicking on "Change Workflow," all available Workflows will be presented, allowing the Administrator to choose necessary Workflow for the Case Type and its respective Subtype.

A Workflow can also be reviewed by selecting the ‘Preview’ button.

If the Administrator selects "Change" button, the updated Workflow will be implemented for the Case Type along with the corresponding Subtype.
