Messaging
A provision is available in the Case Details for better and quick communication among various stakeholders of the case.
With this provision
- Any user can send a message to any other user, or everyone assigned to the Case
- One can directly tag a user with a specific message
- Questions/clarifications can be posted for quick and easy access
This works as an instance communication/messaging/collaboration tool among the users working on a specific case.
Note that, any unattended messages in an hour will trigger an email to the receipts as a notification.
